Guests may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time may not be eligible for a refund.

If a confirmed accommodation cannot be provided due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer either:

• a full refund, or
• alternative accommodation if available

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the booking process. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
